| Introduction | Hi my name is Dustin Ellis. I was born and raised in Rapid City, SD. That's on the western side of the state in the Black Hills area. I went to South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and received a BS in Metallurgical Engineering. After graduation I was a naval officer in in the nuclear propulsion program being stationed in Newport, RI; Orlando, FL, and Charleston, SC. After marrying my high school sweetheart, Marcie, and leaving the Navy we settled down into upstate NY where I am a materials scientist for GE. We enjoy our two cats, Jackie Chan and Sir Gustaf (long story), ASL, drinking tea, and eating out. |
