| Introduction | A Senior Training SAF Officer and a Weapon Systems Officer - WSO(C3) by vocation in the SAF, he has been highly involved in curriculum in Leadership learning and related projects in the SAF. His passion is in teaching, and area of interest is in people building business, developing human capital for effective performance within his organisations. He is trained in both Instructional Design (CUBIC Applications Inc. USA) and Designing Instruction with National Institute of Education (NIE), which began his interest in developing people and processes, improving the quality of military life in his people and in turn also to his unit's organisational effectiveness. Besides good food and interacting with people from different cultures, He enjoys recreational tennis, soccer, fishing and aero modelling. |
