| Introduction | I am a wife, mother, grandmother and herbalist who loves to cook and create medicinal wonders with herbs. I love to camp and frolic in the woods, swim in the rivers and far out into lakes while my husband screams from the shore for me to come back in! I love to laugh and enjoy the little things in life and am committed to living a healthy and fit lifestyle. I have enjoyed a 23 year career in healthcare but around 2004 became disillusioned with our country's medical system and so began to explore herbal medicine. I began dabbling several years ago on my own, reading everything I could find about natural medicine. I studied Herbalism formally for 2 years, graduating in 2008 with a deep desire to create quality natural remedies. I have spent the subsequent years formulating healing medicines and beauty products, learning and growing as an herbalist along the way. I am still working in the medical field but with a much more holistic view of medicine and medical treatments. I am happily married with 2 grown children and 3 grandchildren. |
