| Introduction | I am a happily married mother, with an expanding family. My husband and I have moved several times, and are currently in a town in East Texas called Lufkin. My husband is my best friend, and I am very proud of him. He is a Cardiovascular Surgeon. We really rely on each other, and are usually either laughing at one another, or bickering over something pointless, that we will laugh about a few minutes later. We are both hopelessly in love with our dear daughter, Adalee Katherine. She has brought so much joy to us. I also have two step daughters, Riley, and Hannah, who live with their mother in Houston. They are so much fun, and the best big sisters ever for Addie. We are very fortunate in that we get along very well, and love each other very much. Like all families, we have our moments where we disagree and fight, but at the end of the day, every thing is just fine. I am expecting a new edition to our family any day now, and I cant wait to meet our newest Pickett! |

| Favorite music | I like almost anything. Not a big fan of rap, or the stuff they call "pop" these days, though some is tolerable. I like to listen to music that has lyrics that are coherent, and have something intelligible to say. |
