| Introduction | My name is Jess. I'm a stay at home mom to two adorable little girls. I have these great big Martha Steward aspirations but to be honest I'm not crafty or artsy at all. I'm pretty much the opposite of the cute, crafty mom whose kids do craft projects instead of watch TV. But (of course) I wish I could do these things. This blog is basically about my journey (inspired by the website Pinterest for the most part) to actually try out some of the stuff I've been wishing I could do since I became a SAHM. Let me post a bit of a warning or disclaimer. If you're looking for a blog with lots of glossy photos of perfectly done crafts or beautiful organized rooms, this is not the place for you. I'm expect to fail as often as I succeed and I'll be honest when that happens. |

| Favorite music | I'm all over the place with music. I tend toward indie, alt country rockish type stuff but in truth I love pop music. My favorite musicians include: Grace Potter and the Nocturnals, Ryan Adams, The Black Keys, Britney Spears, Matt Kearney..I could on and on listing people. |
