Introduction	I'm a graduate student studying computer science. Growing up, food was always this magic thing (as in: my mom would magically make tasty food appear). Now that I'm too far away from mom's kitchen, I've been trying to cook more, so that I too may conjure up a tasty dinner. The goal of this blog is to give me an excuse to step away from the computer for a bit, and to attempt (heavy emphasis on attempt) to cooking a decent, gourmet-ish meal every weekend.
