| Introduction | I have things I want to say, things I don't want to take responsibility for and have no one to tell them to anyway. I have always been so shy and get so nervous about what people might think. And at the same time I can feel enormous energy building up in my throat chakra, threatening to strangle me if I don't begin to speak freely.
