Introduction	HI I am Shelly. I own a small boutique in the Boonsboro area of Lynchburg, VA. We carry yoga, pilates, running and comfortable/casual apparel. I opened the shop in the hopes that I can encourage women to lead active lifestyles by providing them with cute, practical workout gear. I am not a super athlete, nor do I claim to be. I'm just a girl who likes to look good while I do a little bit of everthing: Yoga, Run, Pilates, Bike, Crossfit (Very little of that one;-), walk, lift, and yes, EAT :) This blog will incorporate all of that into a beautiful blend that I call life.
