| Introduction | After a little encouragement from one of our friends, Dave and the perfect name he helped choose--- "Nicole's Niche" Doesn't that have a great ring to it??-- I've finally began compiling our favorite recipes here to share. For now the focus of Nicole's Niche is healthy, well balanced, and SOME not so healthy cooking... because we all need some guilty pleasures, right? My goal is to only include recipes that get both my husband and I’s stamp of approval. Soon, I hope to include other kitchen how to's and nutritional tips. The body is a beautiful thing. When fueled properly, it works like a well oiled machine! This is a very exciting time as I dive into the blogging scene! Looking forward to this new adventure!
