| Introduction | Greetings, O not-so imaginary audience, welcome to my fiber blog. I'm Gryphon and I reside in the charming town of Easton, Maryland, on the Eastern Shore of the Chesapeake Bay, along the banks of the Tred Avon River-which-isn't-really-a-river-but-an-estuary together with my husband Curt, our baby daughter Lia, a dog, two cats who are profoundly interested in knitting, though not for the same reasons as I, and three angora rabbits. In this blog I present divers fiber-related content, mostly knitting and spinning, comic misadventure, informative tidbits, etc. Track my adventures as I depart the world of regular paychecks and attempt the madness of making a living based on bits of animal hair. Will I survive by my needles and wheel or be forced to return to office world I have abandoned? Tune in! It's kind of like a survivalist show for knitters! |
