Introduction	I am a special education teacher for Manitowoc Public School District in one of the elementary schools. I love my job and my students are fun to work with. I currently am going back for my masters in Reading to learn about new strategies and tools I can use to improve reading with my students and classrooms I work with.
Interests	Reading, outdoor sports (i.e. water, downhill, and cross country skiing, running, biking, fishing, etc.), watching movies, and talking with friends.
Favorite movies	I don't really have a favorite movie, but I do enjoy watching adventures, thrillers, comedies, romance, and educational films. Not huge into the scary movie industry.
Favorite music	I really enjoy all music, not one in particular I get into the most.
Favorite books	Favorite books, let's see. I enjoyed reading the Harry Potter (J.K. Rowling) and Twighlight (Stephanie Meyer) series. I loved Kenneth Oppel's Airborn and Skybreaker. Lately, I have been into Jody Piccoult and memoirs such as A Piece of Cake by Cupcake Brown.
