Introduction	Welcome to my online kitchen. A few years ago, I left my office job, moved to a new country, and turned my hobby of cooking into a job at a restaurant. For a long time, I've been creating recipes and experimenting with new foods at home, and I'm using the Hungry for Homemade blog as a motivator for putting those recipes down in writing for later use or revision. I hope that along the way readers will use the recipes themselves and offer their ideas (especially when I'm writing about spectacular failures!).
