| Introduction | I am a 26 year old Male and have decided that I have not accomplished as many goals in life as I would have liked to by now. I have always thought that making a couple changes here and there was the way to go, as I have done successfully in the past. However, often times bad habits come back and good habits go away. So I made a list of everything I want to change about myself and will attempt to do it all at once. In my mind I can say "Just for 30 Days", however I hope that by doing this for 30 days the behaviors learned will last me a lifetime. Enjoy the notes along my journey. |
