| Introduction | My name is Maria Wiant. I am an Indiana native and graduate of Indiana State University in Terre Haute. I received my Bachelors in Psychology in 2008 and my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2010. I am finishing the 3000 postgraduate hours necessary for licensure in the state of Indiana. I currently work at a local hospital in their Behavioral Health Unit. I have worked with adults of all ages, cognitive abilities, and socioeconomic levels for the past five years. My objective is to work with university students in an advisory capacity. This blog holds samples of the work I do every day in the Behavioral Health Unit, and will be updated regularly. |
