Introduction	Ron Bell is founder and Executive Director of Vision Advocates, a non-profit ministry dedicated o helping pastors and churches organize and manage ministry for maximum fruitfulness. He has served his local church as SUnday school teacher, youth leader, finance committee chairman, and church council member. For almost 10 years, Ron served as Director of Finance and Administration of the North Cleveland Church of God. Prior to joining the North Cleveland staff, Ron spent over 16 years in the business world in industries as diverse as energy research, computers, electronics, and sophisticated financial management. Ron received his MBA degree from Emory University's Executive MBA program, where he graduated at the top of his class. He has taught numberous courses in business management and leadership principles in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Ron is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society and Lee University's Business Advisory Council.
