| Introduction | I have been in the field of church music since the age of 14, when I became the organist at a Methodist Church in my hometown. I currently serve the same denomination as the Director of Adult Music Ministries in a local church. I started this devotional blog in response to the experience of "sheltering in place" during the 2020 Covid 19 Coronavirus pandemic. I hope to share a few thoughts about fear, faith, and a world that is far different than the one I lived in just a few weeks ago. There will also be words to some of my favorite hymns/choruses/songs, with the hope that you will sing along for a few minutes. Life can turn on a dime, but there is One who is able to carry us through whatever the world throws at us, because "Greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world." |
