| Introduction | I'm a health insurance consultant with my own consulting firm- Write Resources, LLC. Since 2006 I consult for America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) continuing education insurance program. For AHIP I have authored dental insurance study guides and served as content editor/ project manager for the following insurance courses- “Supplemental Health Insurance”, “Individual Medical Underwriting,” and “Legal Issues in Health Insurance” among numerous other projects. Currently I am updating the course textbooks “Fundamentals of Health Insurance Parts A and B” to incorporate industry updates and aspects of health care reform for publication in 2010. I also currently serve on two advisory councils appointed by Wisconsin’s Commissioner of Insurance- the Health Insurance Advisory Council and the Contract Readability Working Group. |
