| Introduction | My name is Savitre. I would consider myself to be extremely adventurous and is always ready and willing to try new things and take risks. Being a kid at heart, nothing stops me from wanting to know what else the world has to offer. I find joy in running, eating, sleeping, and ALL things Disney. I love to learn and surround myself with people who have tons to teach me. I want to ENJOY life. However, I haven’t quite figured out what I want to be when I grow up. How do people know? I don’t consider myself to be a worker bee but I am a very hard worker and will be successful at whatever it is I choose to do. After graduating from Purdue with a BA in Elementary Ed. and having taught second grade for a couple of years, I have worked in a variety of other fields from bartending and bank telling to accounting. In 2009, I completed the 24 week European Pastry & Baking Program at Notter School of Pastry Arts. Upon graduation, I did pastries in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. One year later, I received a call from an ex boss to return to accounting. I am now doing many half marathons and trying to figure out where I belong in this world. Join me on my journey to a sweeter life. |
