| Introduction | Hi, my name is Pam Kroker Flower and I'm a chef and caterer by trade. I am of course a foodie and lover of just about anything to do with food. I've loved to cook since I was big enough to crawl up on a chair and reach the microwave and stove! I decided that if I was going to have to work for a living, it might as well be something I love. So I went to cooking school to learn to more about food and become a chef. I graduated in 1996 and have been cooking my way through life every since. My theory is anyone can cook if they want to and I'm willing to give a helping hand to teach people how. |
