Unless otherwise specified, all of my recipes use organic vegetables and/or fruit, virgin olive oil and coarse sea salt. *********The jokes that I post are not original at all, and I will give credit if I have it available. I have accumulated many over the past years and just want to share them. ********The poems I post are mine alone - I wrote them - good, bad or indifferent - I own them.
