| Introduction | Hafsa Mbamba, founder of Grassroots Traveller writes about her passion & admiration for travelling. Insights of the travel & tourism industry from various angels; touching on humanity, cultures, languages & events as well as personal memories from travels. Ms Hafsa Mbamba is a graduate of International Tourism Management from the London Metropolitan University in England. With her extensive living and working experience worldwide, from Australia to the Caribbean, born and bred in Copenhagen (Denmark) and with parents originating from Zanzibar - travel and tourism is rather a second nature to her. With a dream of becoming a travel writer and exploring the world, Ms Mbamba has taken a slight turn in her career but has maintained her passion for travelling. At the age of 28, Ms Mbamba ventured to her long-term dream of entrepreneurship. She is the founder and currently the Managing Director of Grassroots Traveller – a small destination management company based in Zanzibar. |
