Introduction	My Nikes and me is about fitness, running, health and beauty for the fashion conscious, modern girl. I am 25 and live in Central London. I work in marketing for a luxury fashion brand and whilst I LOVE my job, my real passion is running; there is nothing more invigorating or empowering than hitting the streets of London and beating my PBs! Until 4 years ago I had never run further than 2k but having 3 brothers who all compete in Triathlons across the world and a gym bunny sister has motivated me to kick my ass in to gear and keep up with (and now beat!) my fitness fanatic family! I can honestly say I am now a slave to running; it is my drug and I'm addicted!
