Introduction	I have decided to create this blog to outline my journey through Culinary School. I know I am going to be a busy girl the next 9 months, which is how long this program is. I also know that since I will be so busy that I won't be able to see my friends and family as much as I'd like. So, with that in mind, this is also why I am creating this blog so that all my family and friends can see what I am up to in school and also so that I can have something to look back on when I am done with this journey. :)
