| Introduction | I'm an editor, journalism instructor and translator, with more 30 years of experience as a journalist, and ten years as an educator, and also more than 30 years as a translator. I was member of a group of eight international experts which decided on aids given to the French written press in developing countries. I also was the Co- Manager of a World Bank journalism program in Vietnam, and a reactor - commenting on stories submitted by participants to a writing program managed by IPS and the Probe Foundation, two international press organizations. |
