Introduction	My experience spans over 30 years in God's service in a diversity of venues. I have planted two churches, one multi-ethnic, one Pan Asian. I have ministered in large and small churches, rural, urban, inner city and suburban. I understand the importance of relating the cultural changes in our society to our churches.
