Introduction	I am a Christian, a husband, a father, and a high school principal. I spent my first four years in administration as the secondary principal in Lisbon, Iowa and this fall am beginning my next adventure as high school principal in Okoboji, Iowa. Prior to becoming a principal I taught at South Tama High School for five years. I did my undergraduate work at Iowa State and received my Masters Degree from The University of Northern Iowa. I have a wonderful wife who encourages, centers, and inspires me every day and four wonderful children who light up my life. I believe we are on the threshold of the largest shift in education since the advent of universal schooling. Although the world around us is changing exponentially, we are currently still teaching in basically the same way we have since the early 19th century. This is about to change. I am devoting my career to being an instigator, implementor, and facilitator of that change. I can't wait.
