| Introduction | I am a Mum of two beautiful girls (soso & boo).My daughters have a rare disorder called eosinophillic gastrointestinal disease which means their body cannot tolerate many different foods. I have had a restricted diet for 3 years and with boo's health struggling i am about to restrict it further. This is my journey into the world of food, creativity and coping with the disorder and all it brings. We try to do it all with a smile. |
