Introduction	I'm a dad of 2 little girls, been married since June of 1994. I work at Project PATCH a non-profit that does great work with at-risk teens and families. Ironically, I bring sanity and balance to my life through triathlon. I'm not particularly fast but I train to improve and am motivated.
