| Introduction | I enjoy being creative. At the end of a very busy day or week I love nothing more than getting home to my kitchen and donning my apron. With a highly stressful job I find baking and cooking a welcome distraction from it all. Baking is my favourite, but cooking is close second. Whilst you have quantities and times in your head it is impossible to stay stressed with the thoughts of the day so this is my escape! I also make cards and other paper craft items (wedding and party initiations, calendars, etc), but this has taken a bit of a back seat to the cooking of late as there are only so many hours in my days! I live with my partner and my cat (the cat eats anything, my partner prefers sausages!) . I rely on friends and family to sample my wears and love nothing more than a good get together on the weekend. I get asked to cook various items for friends and family, but cupcakes seem to be a current favourite. |
