Introduction | Married to Joe...a lover of football! I am mom to 2 sweet dogs. They make my life complete. I formerly co-owned a darling little home decor store for 6 years. Now I am back working full-time in Human Resources--still trying to decide what I want to be when I grow up! I have struggled with chronic "busyness" most of my life and am diligently taking the steps necessary to stop the chaos and enjoy things more. I am passionate about getting healthier; I desperately want to travel more and see all the world has to offer. My favorite destination is New England...especially in October. I've been there 15 times. I am insanely close to my mom & I so wish my husband didn't work so much! I do a lot of community volunteer work and find it very fulfilling!! And most importantly to all the rest...I am a follower of Christ and He lives within me! Favorite Quotation--Work smarter; not harder! |
Interests | decorating, dogs, antiques, primitives, new england, journaling, old houses, movies, autumn, community volunteering, hanging out with friends & family |
Favorite Movies | You've Got Mail, The Devil Wears Prada, RENT, Funny Farm, Prelude to a Kiss, Wedding Singer, Music & Lyrics, Pride & Prejudice (the long version) |
Favorite Music | Classical, Christian Pop, Jazz and admittedly 80's Pop music! |
Favorite Books | The Bible--hands down! Otherwise my attention span is too short to stay focused...kind of sad! Instead of reading the book...I wait for the movie to come out! |
