About me

Introduction	Creative Support is a national not-for-profit organisation that provide a wide range of services for both people with mental health needs and people with learning disabilities. The Choices for Life service is an outcome based day service. We are based in Hartlepool town centre but we also run a number of outreach sessions all over the town as well as link Service Users into existing community activities. We support our Service Users to get involved, engage, learn new skills, avoid social isolation and take positive risks. We are open to referrals for anyone who has mental health needs providing they are referred from statutory services such as CPNs or via GPs.
