Introduction	I have been on a diet since I was 10 years old. Since that time, (almost forty years ago), I have gained and lost hundreds of pounds. The last time I climbed the scales gaining over 100 pounds was seventeen years ago. I found a way to stop the momentous climb once and for all!

Favorite movies	Any Cary Grant, Kate Hepburn, Jimmy Stewart movie is always my favorite! I love modern day versions of these old time stars, (George Clooney, Meryl Streep and Tom Hanks).
Favorite music	50's Rock and Roll, the Ink Spots from the 30s and 40s, and 70s music.
Favorite books	The Bible, Little Women, Into Thin Air, How Writers Write.
