| Introduction | Mumbai, India is where I grew up. Design and problem-solving have been a constant for me. With a Masters in New Media Design and 20+ years of academics and industry experience, I have always considered the end user. Their needs, their motivations, their mental models and their abilities. Teaching has made me a much stronger designer as I craft verbal and non-verbal content into a learning moment. It has led to a lot of award winning work for my students. Migration across continents has only fueled my passion and empathy for cross-cultural communication. The Indian Culture Box exists as a means to express that. |
