| Introduction | Like many couples, we like to set aside at least one night a week as a date night. As you can imagine, this got pretty expensive. After many attempts at "different" dates on a budget, we settled on something we both love: Cooking! For the past couple of years, once a week we decide on a cuisine, find some recipes, and go at it! The more complex the better. We spend hours in the kitchen every week making EVERYTHING from scratch. Because we love it so much and it has worked so well for us as a couple, we decided to post our experiences here for others to share in our exploits. Hope you enjoy! |
