| Introduction | My name is Tom Kenney. I’m a 35-year veteran and Fire Captain on the Providence Fire Department. I’m pleased to announce that in addition to my book, “Working Class Hero: Memoirs of a Providence Fireman”, Publish America (ISBN 1-4137-3107-4), I now have a book of Fire-Service related poetry being considered for publication. I am anticipating that it will be available in the bookstores for next year. In the meantime a pre-publication, signed & numbered, limited edition of the book, “WORDS ON FIRE” is currently available only through me. It is a collection of many poems listed previously on Facebook posts – some not. There are 65 poems which are bound and printed with illustrations for each poem.
