About me

Introduction	I've been baking since childhood. In my household, if I wanted sweets, I had to make them myself. First boxed mixes, then scratch and I never went back. I made everything from cookies to donuts and everything in between. I got to the point that I was affectionately known as Rudy Crocker. I eventually baked professionally and found that, while learned a great deal from the people and places I worked, I no longer enjoyed it because of the grueling hours and back-breaking work. I now bake for fun and enjoy making celebration cakes for family & friends' birthdays, weddings and anniversaries. Who knows, I may even open a bakery sometime.
