| Introduction | Life as I once knew it changed for me after 9/11. I lived in New Jersey, so saw firsthand the tragedies of the event. While I always fought against American racism, my studies and activism expanded when I heard Noam Chomsky say on DN, "Why isn't anyone asking what the US did to make people perpetrate such a heinous act on America?" After researching that question, my entire foundational belief systems were forever altered, and I had to redefine my life. |
