Introduction	Jenny Maywood is a Fitness Trainer who also works full time in advertising. She is very passionate about health and fitness. She enjoys motivating others to take care of themselves by eating real food and staying strong. This past year Jenny has competed in two NPC shows. She will continue to compete in figure this year at a National level.
