| Introduction | what is a stovegenie? stovegenie is the long neglected solo-project alter-ego of musician, songwriter, guitarist, author, fundraiser, e-commercer stephanie edwards. after a brief busy exciting stint with heather's damage (a chicago rock band) stephanie resurrected stovegenie, her one woman band, and has set out to record a follow-up to 2000's "Pancakes and Cabbage Soup" and "Songs From the Range" EP. demo tracks from the new LP “d-i-v-o-r-c-e in E” will be available for download from the PMN, virb.com/stovegenie, myspace.com/stovegenie and the iTunes music store. edwards will collaborate with filmmaker Kate Tannian on videos for the project. |
