Introduction	I am an American, in my mid-thirties (When did that happen), living in Franconia, VA. I am married, the father of two charming girls, and dabbles in the fine arts of security management and military affairs (Navy Reservist) After years of procrastinating I decided to document my travels, experiences, and thoughts in a public forum and to hear the thoughts and opinions of those who are brave, or bored enough to read these pages. Having spent most of my adult life in the protection and service of others, I have decided to write about the lighter side and more comical aspects of life…as I see it. I do hope that you will read these pages, laugh a little, decide to take some chances, and try new things. Life is too short, not live outside of the box.
