| Introduction | In a talk to the church in 1979, Spencer W. Kimball, the president and prophet of the LDS faith made the following statement. “We have paused on some plateaus long enough. Let us resume our journey forward and upward. Let us quietly put an end to our reluctance to reach out to others.” He included in his remarks a challenge for senior couples to serve full time missions. We began to prepare for our mission as soon as we heard the challenge. Hence, we have named this blog of our mission according to President Kimball’s invitation. Our call is to help capture and preserve Peruvian family records for genealogical research. |
