Introduction	Hello! We are Thomas and Sharon. I sometimes refer to my sweet partner in life as husband, but more often as 80 in this blog. He feels he does 80% of all projects that we do, so therefore he is nicknamed 80. He really does do the majority of the heavy lifting, but we flip flop on the 80/20 split sometimes. We have 2 homes in our growing town and they both sit on corner lots....you may see photos from the 2 different homes. They are both historic and full time jobs, but we love them! We also have 2 pups, that we call our kids, calvin and lulu.
