| Introduction | I have a list. a list of lists. you know..the typical garden variety things-to-do-before-i-die types full of awesome limit testing adventures, which magically never seem to see completion. Running a marathon is one of them and this year I hope to tick it off my list. I am preparing to run the '09 Chicago marathon with the American Red Cross of Greater Chicago 'Run Red' team (Go Red!) and this blog will document everything that comes with the training - the hoorays as well as the aw hecks, until the triumphant moment at the finish line on race day! |
