| Introduction | My cousin and bitch, Antoinette Gilb and I created (yet to coin) the phrase "Bad Feelings" back in...ohhh...say, 1996. The phrase caught on by anyone and everyone who understood why a certain idea or experience would give us these stomach-turning feelings. With a small sharp kitchen knife, start by making a slice at the top where the stem is and slowly and methodically with the blade of the knife flat against the apple, follow the curves in a spiral fashion, all the while making sure your knife is deep enough to catch the peel, but shallow enough to not butcher too much apple. : )
