| Introduction | I'm not very good with introductions, they feel cheesy. But I am Jen. I currently live in an apartment with my cat, Winter. I lost my heart dog, Valkyrie, at the end of 2018. My life has been turmoil since. This blog is for me to write about my journey to finding inner peace and happiness after so much sadness and heartache. I love to run, and I like to do triathlons. I enjoy spending as much time in the woods as possible. I find my peace in the silence of the woods. |
