Introduction	Whoever said diamonds are a girl's best friend, has clearly never met me. The true way to my heart is through cheese. Crackers, baguette, fruit, the bottom of your freshly tarnished by the Baltimore City sidewalk shoe. I don't care what you put it on, as long as that cheese gets in my belly. This blog is a vehicle for me to talk about my two favorite things: cheese and myself. I like to think that even if no one ever reads it, this blog will be documented in centuries to come as an artifact of one woman's endless love of all things dairy.
