| Introduction | My name is Natalie and I live under the beautiful big sky in Montana with my hubby and two incredibly awesome kids. I have been very blessed and every morning I like to write down what I am thankful for because every day is truly a gift! |
| Interests | I love the outdoors! I love to ski in the winter and in the beautiful Montana summers, I love to camp with my little family, hike, fish (well kinda, I most love watching my 12 year old daughter fish! She is definitely a natural--gets it from her grandma Joan and her Poppa. Although, she has learned some of her finest skills from her favorite fishing buddy, Grandpa John. I also enjoy mtn biking, swimming and using our new raft. Last summer, the hubby and I decided to take kayak lessons and we will continue to try and master this crazy fun sport. It is definitely much harder than it looks! My biggest fear was tipping over and not being able to get back up. But, since I did that during my very first lesson (on accident of course), my fear of tipping over was no longer an issue. Now this summer I will be working on getting back in the kayak after you have tipped over. There is definitely a technique to this and it takes practice to master it. |
| Favorite movies | Well let's just start with the ones that I own: 50 First Dates, Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, Dances with Wolves, (I'll add more as I remember) |
| Favorite music | I am a lover of music for sure! All kinds of music! Love everything from Elvis, The Beatles, Rolling Stones to Justin Timberlake, Bruno Mars and Fun. Love classic rock, alternative, punk & grunge. I am not a big fan of Country music. |
| Favorite books | I haven't really read any books lately that have made me say "That was the best book that I've read in a long time!" I read a lot of self-help, power of positive thinking stuff. I will admit that I do have the "50 Shades" trio and have been trying to finish the first book for well over six months now. It's boring! The little e-mails they send to each other just put me right to sleep! And I think Christian is a narcacistic control freak! LOL LOL |
Please describe how you could take the peel off an apple all in one go:
Well we actually own one of those old fashioned apple peelers. My hubby loves Apple Dumplings and my mother-in-law makes the best ones you will ever eat! Anyway, she gave him one of those apple peelers where you stick the apple on it and then turn the crank and it turns the apple and takes the peel off all in one great big giant peel! It's actually pretty cool!
