| Introduction | I am an adult student embarking upon a second career in art education. My previous career was as an advertising & marketing writer -- I still freelance occassionaly. I have also trained as a literacy volunteer and love working with words - writing poetry, doing crossword puzzles, reading great literature. As a younger college student I studied Fine Arts at the School of Visual Arts in NYC and the Fashion Institute of Technology where I earned an Associate Degree in advertising & marketing. I am married, have one high school-aged child, and a great mutt I adopted from the North Shore Animal League. I am very social and have friends of all ages. |
