| Introduction | Welcome to my fragmented little world! While you're visiting, you may notice that I seem a bit off, crazy, angry, possibly depressed. That because when I'm here, I AM one or all of those things. I created this as my dumping ground and it's where I rant and scream and get all of my insanity out. I hope you enjoy my brain barfs or find the odd snippet you can relate to because the truth is, from time to time, we all have crazy thoughts, impulses and emotions but most of us keep them to ourselves out of fear of what others may think of us. I have chosen to embrace these, "moments of mental". I just like to keep them in my blog instead of my life.
