| Introduction | My name is Tischann and I work for a large public school system in the United States. I began my teaching career in 1997 as an elementary art instructor. Designing lessons for students to exercise their creativity has led me through art instruction and into technology integration with students and later with teachers. In 2010 the district created a Learning Teachnologies department and in 2011 my newest adventure began as an Instructional Designer. I have a Master’s Degree in Instructional Design and Technology with a certification in Online Learning from Walden University. This blog began as part of the process for gaining my degree and my confidence as an Instructional Designer and continues as I continue to learn, discover, and evolve my instruction and practice. |
